A gorgeous six-bedroom villa overlooking the shimmering Caribbean, with amazing views of St.Maarten (and St. Barth’s in the distance). Fortunate guests have 190 feet of beach and coastline directly behind the property to enjoy.

Though no beach is private in Anguilla, this is as close as it gets. Enjoy a movie and a firepit in the evening, play a game of bocce, or simply enjoy by the beachfront bar and entertainment area. If you feel like working out, it has a gym and is also directly inside a protected coral reef, where you can see a great variety of island sea life. If you do choose to leave the property, you may visit one of Anguilla’s 33 world-renowned beaches or restaurants as “one of the best foodie destinations in the Caribbean”

When you arrive in Anguilla our team will be there to meet you. In the event that you are coming through St Maarten, we shall be there to assist you to the boat shuttle over to Anguilla.

We know how stressful travel can be and we would like your introduction into Anguilla to be your first segway to decompression.
On your arrival, before being transported to your villa, decompress with some cocktails and canapes as we introduce you to the island and provide you with a few details of your stay.

At all accommodations we have hand-selected experienced executive chefs who are there to deliver a culinary programme to delight your senses. They have also taken into account those who have specific dietary concerns. Your Butler is also there to ensure to your comfort. Additionally, our Concierge team will be at your service daily to assist and ensure smooth communication and delivery of your requests.

Anguilla is known for its culinary offerings. Our Chefs have crafted a menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner at your villa. With varying packages some meals are excepted. For the specifics that is included in your package please see the item “Select Meals with this package”

3 Nights – With this package your dining experience will be daily breakfast, lunch and dinner on two (2) days and breakfast and lunch OR dinner only on one of the days during your stay.

5 Nights – With this package your dining experience will be daily breakfast, lunch and dinner on four (4) days and breakfast only on one day. One Lunch AND one Dinner is excluded in your package.

7 Nights – With this package your dining experience will be daily breakfast, lunch and dinner on a five (5) days and breakfast only one day.

At all the properties it is part of the luxury experience that the room attendants will provide daily housekeeping and nightly turndowns. You also need not feel compelled to pack too heavily as the room attendants will be happy to offer the service to wash and fold items and return to your suites daily.
Included in your package is ground transportation to and from your villa on two occasions to the medical facility. Outside of that we can arrange for ground transportation to any excursions or other adventures that you wish to experience while on island. We are also able to arrange for a rental vehicle and/or with a driver if that is your preference
We have made provision for a mini bar service for your personal use. It will comprise a selection of wines, carbonated beverages and water along with some snacks. Products in your mini bar will be refreshed when used. The cost for items on refill will be to your folio.

We are hoping that this trip will also serve as relaxation and decompression in addition to the primary reason that has brought you to our island. We have therefore arranged for a team of therapists to offer a complimentary spa treatment at your villa. You have the opportunity to choose your service and are free to engage them for additional treatments as you desire.

Anguilla has become renowned as the Culinary Capital of the Caribbean – and for good reason! The host property will therefore be hosting a wonderful dinner “Taste of Anguilla” during the course of the stay of all the guests. It is a selection of small plates with a wine pairing that allows you to taste the phenomenal culinary culture of the island. If your dates on Anguilla align with the group we do hope that you will attend.

Anguilla is by far a safe destination.  However, as our guests are staying at varying properties on the island, we have taken the extra liberty to ensure that your safety has been duly considered. The security team at each will discreetly be around your villa during the hours of 10:00pm to 5:00 am.
